Jamie Harrington

Manager, Graduate Medical Education

Jamie earned her BA degree in English from William Jennings Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, where she met her future husband, a native Floridian. After getting married, they settled in his hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Jamie has been enjoying the Florida lifestyle ever since. After spending most of her career in the medical field, with a brief foray into computer-based training, Jamie joined the USF-MPM Family Medicine Residency as a Residency Assistant. She spent 12 years in that capacity learning Family Medicine curriculum as well as ABFM and ACGME requirements. Currently Jamie serves as the Graduate Medical Education Manager overseeing the administrative staff and the day-to-day operations of the educational aspects of the program. She is also a member of the Association of Family Medicine Administration.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 25 years and their two teenage sons. Together, they enjoy attending sporting events, traveling and church activities.
