Understanding Advance Directives, Sleep Hygiene, Ask the Dietitian and Breathing Easy

CLEARWATER, Fla., (April 3, 2018) -- Health experts from Morton Plant Mease invite the community to attend upcoming health seminars in May focusing on understanding advance directives, sleep hygiene for a good’s night sleep, ask the dietitian and breathing easy. The monthly seminars are free and held at BayCare’s various Morton Plant Mease facilities and community centers around Pinellas County.

Jacquie Weller, MSN, RN, will help you learn how to make informed decisions about your health care. Topics to be discussed include advance directives, health care surrogates and living wills.

Sleep Hygiene for a Good Night’s Sleep

Otolaryngologist Matthew Clavenna, MD, will discuss allergies and nasal disorders including symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, as well as what may cause a runny nose.
