Cholesterol Screening

4th Tuesday of the month, 2-3pm
No appointment necessary

A 15-minute screening that includes:

  • HDL cholesterol, glucose (sample is obtained through finger stick, 12-hour fast is recommended)
  • Blood pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

Cost: $25

Payment: Cash or check accepted on site only.
