Enrollment Criteria

Please register each person individually. If you have a Fitbit, you can bring it to class with you. This class is held in-person. Everyone must wear a face mask over their nose and mouth at all times inside the building regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status. Please read the terms of participation prior to registering.
