Dr. Sovani is a 1000 on a scale of 1-10. He is the best doctor in the Bay Care system hands down. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He genuinely cares about his patients.

You cannot reach the nurse . Only by Portal and it takes a long time to get a response. The pharmacy said they have a hard time reaching someone. The insurance said they wait on hold and then get hung up on.

Dr Sovani friendly, professional, patient. Reviewed data available to him (my BC record, referral, EKG just done & my comments/concerns) & set plan for F/U tests & managements...reassured me no emergent needs but long-term plan pending testing.

Dr. Sovani is the best! He really knows what hes doing! He explains everything very well and involves me and decision-making about my treatment. I was in a very bad situation with severe ulcerated veins when I came to him in October and he has gotten me through the process and practically healed. It is really almost a pleasure to come and see him.

Ive been very happy with all Baycare Medical group staff and their focus on my issues, but communication by phone message/computer is the weak area, I like to be able to talk directly with an individual, not thru texts/emails not sure if/when messages are received and understood.

Was not notified about Insurance delays for approval of tests, however the staff was very helpful explaining the situation and helping me make good decisions about moving forward.

The doctor was very thorough and discussed the concerns I had and how my current cardiac health put me at risk for the upcoming surgery, but that at this time it was necessary and they would be at the hospital that day in case of any heart issues that may come up during or after surgery.

The visit can be done over the phone if an EKG can be received. I was told that the only way is a fax. An easier way needs to be explored.

Dr. Sovani was professional and seem to have listened well. However, he did not explain in detail the change to the medication and the dosage and the drug interactions.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Sovani. He had read my cardio medical records (transferred from my cardiologist) thoroughly and checked my status against these records. He reviewed every aspect of my cardia care, including meds. Recommended a routine EKG. VERY satisfied!!!!
