Doctor Bio
Dr. Christopher Pastore is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology and is a member of the BayCare Medical Group in Lutz, Florida, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned a Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and served as chief resident at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. Dr. Pastore completed fellowships in cardiology at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and in interventional cardiology at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. His clinical interests include ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure and cardiac risk management. Dr. Pastore is affiliated with BayCare St. Joseph’s Hospital and BayCare St. Joseph’s Hospital-North, where he serves as the medical director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
