Group Fitness and Specialty Classes

BayCare Fitness Centers offer a diverse group of fitness classes to keep things interesting and keep you on the right track. We provide a wide variety of classes including many variations of yoga, Pilates, step, kickboxing and aerobics.

Group fitness classes will be open with some restrictions. You will need to reserve your spot in class one day before the class: either online, by phone or at the front desk. If classes meet the capacity set by the state government, you’ll be added to a waiting list. At this time, a reservation can only be made starting at midnight the day before each class.
