Wellness goes beyond diet and exercise. A holistic and sustainable wellness plan focuses on practicing healthy habits for our physical and mental health, so we are not just surviving, we're thriving. The first step on a personal wellness journey is setting goals you want to achieve. While your goals are specific and personal to your needs, we can't help but wondering why others have better or faster results than us. Why do some people achieve their goals while others struggle? In this session we'll examine the different aspects of wellness and how self-determination can be a powerful tool to make and sustain positive wellness changes.
