Employee Assistance Program

At BayCare, we believe that a happy, well-adjusted employee is a productive employee. Enhancing the well-being and dignity of each team member is vital to the success of our organization. For more than 20 years, BayCare's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has been helping employees manage the stresses of work and everyday life by providing a confidential support system. From work issues to problems at home, issues affecting an employee's personal or professional life can be addressed with our short-term assistance services. We provide an initial assessment, assist with problem resolution and initiate referral services for the employee or their family members if necessary.

We are the first freestanding EAP in Florida to have been awarded CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation. BayCare is also a leader in delivering innovative health care services to the workplace and maintains an extensive network of licensed clinicians nationwide. We deliver a variety of unique seminars and workshops to help employees maintain a productive and healthy work/life balance.
