What section are the tickets located?

The seats are located in Section 129 and Section 131 (3rd baseline). 

How much are the tickets?

Tickets are $25 each ($50 value) not including fees. 

May I request certain seating?

You will be able to select the specific section you’d like to sit in and how many tickets you’d like to purchase, then you will be provided the best available seats based off your selections.

May I request handicapped seating?

Yes. To request handicap accessible seating, click on the wheelchair icon on the buy flow page. Once you click on the wheelchair icon, you will only be shown the handicap accessible seats available for purchase.

May I use payroll deduction to purchase tickets?

No, payroll deduction is not an option to purchase tickets. You must use a credit or debit card to purchase tickets.

What is the refund policy for ticket purchases?

No refunds or exchanges. 

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be accessible in the MLB Ballpark app within minutes of completing your order. Log in to the MLB Ballpark app using the email address used to purchase the tickets. Please ensure you have a valid working email address. For more information regarding the MLB Ballpark app and Mobile Ticketing, please visit www.raysbaseball.com/mobile. 

What time do the gates open?

Gates open at 12:10pm.

What time does the game start?

First pitch is at 1:40pm.

Is there a giveaway?

Attendees will be entered into two drawings for a chance to win a Wander Franco autographed baseball.

What is the Bag Policy? 

Backpacks, coolers and bags of any kind exceeding 16" x 8" are not permitted through Tropicana Field security. Personal bags smaller than this size, medical device bags and diaper bags accompanying a young child are permitted. For more information, visit raysbaseball.com/security.

Is Tropicana Field Cash-Free? 

Yes. Tropicana Field remains cash-free. Mobile payments, and credit and debit cards are accepted for all concessions and merchandise purchases.

What are the pregame events?

Kids can participate in Family Fun day activities, which include face painters, balloon artists, and the Rays Touch Tank Experience.

What are the postgame events?

Kids can Run the Bases after the game. See instructions on the main video board regarding where to enter the field at the conclusion of the game.

At what age can children attend for free?

Children two (2) years of age and older must have a ticket to enter Tropicana Field. It is highly recommended that parents with children take advantage of our Tag-a-Kid program at Gate 3 Guest Services. Children will be given wristbands to wear indicating section, row and seat number. 

Driving Directions

Fans traveling southbound on I-275 from North Pinellas or Tampa are encouraged to take Exit 23B (5th Avenue North), and continue south on 20th Street to 1st Avenue South or 3rd Avenue South.
Fans traveling northbound on I-275 are encouraged to take Exit 21 (31st Street) and follow 31st Street to 5th Avenue South.
Follow the signs! Signs are located on approach routes throughout downtown St. Petersburg to help guide you to general parking areas and color-coded permit lots.

Parking Information

The Rays are pleased to offer a limited number of prime parking areas on a pre-paid basis. Visit www.raysbaseball.com/parking to secure your pre-paid parking pass today. Fans attending games at Tropicana Field are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy tailgating and baseball activities.

Disabled Parking and Drop-Off Locations

Lots 1 and 7 offer disabled parking just outside the gates, with the majority of the spaces located in Lot 7. All disabled parking is van-accessible. Enter Lot 7 from 4th Avenue South, and Lot 1 from 16th Street South. Disabled parking is subject to availability.
Additionally, there is a drop-off area in front of Gate 4, which is directly across from Lot 1 on 16th Street South. Please be advised that parking in the disabled parking spaces in the Tropicana Field lots is monitored by the St. Petersburg Police Department and is subject to state laws and privileges. Tickets can be issued and/or privileges revoked in situations where the person to whom a disabled parking placard or license plate has been issued is dropped off near the stadium and is not in the vehicle when it parks in a disabled parking space.

Which gate should I use to enter Tropicana Field?

Gate 1 and Gate 5 will be the closest Entrance Gates to your seats.

Are there elevators and if so, where can I find them?

Elevators are located at Gates 1, 2, 4 and 6.

Where can I find First Aid?

First Aid can be found between Gates 3 and 4 on the 100 Level (behind home plate). The clinic is staffed by St. Petersburg Fire/Rescue Medial Team.

Rays Touch Tank Information

The Rays Touch Tank is located just beyond the right-center field fence by the Gate 1 escalator. This experience is free to all fans attending home games. There is a limit of 50 people in the tank area at any time with each session 10 minutes in length. The Rays Touch Tank will close approximately two hours after the first pitch.
