Chantel Jacobs, MD, Joins BayCare Medical Group

Family Medicine Specialist

CLEARWATER, Fla., (October 18, 2018) –Chantel Jacobs, MD, has joined BayCare Medical Group and is accepting patients ages 2 and older at Suncoast Satellite Office, Gateway, 7751 9th St. N, Suite 10, St. Petersburg.

Dr. Jacobs specializes in family medicine with a focus on women’s health. She is passionate about providing primary care to underserved communities.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Dr. Jacobs earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. She completed her family medicine residency at Bayfront Family Health in St. Petersburg.

Dr. Jacobs is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Jacobs speaks both English and Jamaican Patois.
