Dr. Fields specializes in family medicine.

Tampa, Fla. (Nov. 17, 2017) – Swasha D. Fields, MD, joined BayCare Medical Group and is now accepting new patients (age 12 and older) at 4211 Van Dyke Road, Suite 101 B, Lutz, FL 33558.

Dr. Fields is board certified in family medicine, specializing in primary and preventive care that empowers patients to take ownership of their health and optimize their quality of life. A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Florida Academy of Family Physicians, her clinical interests include social medicine and the vital role of social determinants on health.

Dr. Fields earned her Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta and then completed a family medicine residency at the University of South Florida-Morton Plant Mease in Clearwater.
