Join us at St. Anthony's for an informational event to learn about stroke prevention.

Schedule of Events

9am: Registration Opens

9am-2pm: Screening and Information

  • Cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure screenings
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Information tables

9am-11am: Food Demonstration by LifeHelp

9:30-10am: Chair Exercise demonstration

11am: Sign Chi Do demonstration

11:45am: Lunch provided

12pm-1pm: Lecture Portion

-- Ask a Dietitian session

-- Dr. Allan Weiss presents Management of Stroke
