The Outwit-Your-Brain Diet
Avoid starvation diets. They simply don't work. Instead, eat balanced meals, avoid binges and limit snacks.
Eat slowly. It takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it's full.
Skip the bread served at restaurants before a meal. The bread will leave you hungrier. Eat a salad instead.
Drink water. Water can fill you up and leave you with less of an appetite.
Swap fiber for fat. Fiber can make you feel bloated so you'll eat less at dinner. Choose celery or carrot sticks for snacks.
