How to Have a Healthy Pregnancy

Don't smoke, drink alcohol or take illegal drugs.
Don't take any medications without your doctor's approval.
Eat a healthful diet that contains plenty of calcium.
Walk or do another gentle exercise at least three times a week.
Limit your caffeine intake.
Take a childbirth class.
