Dr. Levine is board certified in General Psychiatry by the ABPN. As a graduate of Kansas City College of Medicine, he completed his residency and fellowship at The Menninger Foundation in Topeka, Kansas. Dr. Levine currently serves as the BayCare Behavioral Health Chief Medical Officer. His major interests are in Psychotherapy and Adolescent Psychiatry.

In his role as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Levine, supervises 70 psychiatrists and nurse practitioners who serve at our 6 psychiatric hospitals and multiple outpatient clinics. In addition, he also supervises the consultation liaison service throughout all 15 BayCare hospitals.

As a graduate of The University of Tennessee, he completed his residency and fellowship at The University of South Florida Health/Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. Dr. Jackson currently works with both adults and children at an outpatient private practice life management center. His major interests are in Psychotherapy and Personal Growth and Wellness.
