BayCare Medical Group Welcomes Gastroenterologist David Hormozdi, MD

Tampa, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2016) – David Hormozdi, MD, joined BayCare Medical Group and is now accepting new patients (age 18 and older) at 10141 Big Bend Rd., Suite 206, Riverview, FL 33578.
Dr. Hormozdi is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. His clinical interests include colonoscopy, enteroscopy and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. He is an accomplished presenter and has lectured at national and international conferences including Digestive Disease Week, United European Gastroenterology Week and the Society of General Internal Medicine.
Dr. Hormozdi received his Doctor of Medicine from Washington University in St. Louis. He subsequently completed an internal medicine residency at New York University in New York and his clinical gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American College of Physicians.
