BayCare Named a Top Employer by Forbes

CLEARWATER, Fla. (April 21, 2015) – BayCare, the largest community-based health system in the Tampa Bay area, has been named one of “America’s Best Employers” by Forbes. BayCare was rated No. 117 overall on the list of 500 employers. BayCare is also one of only 25 employers listed in the health care category.

More than 20,000 employees at companies with at least 2,500 people were surveyed for the America’s Best Employers List. The survey was conducted with global digital data collection partners who use innovative technology and proven sampling methodologies to facilitate a deep understanding of consumer opinions and behavior. Participation in the survey was voluntary, and respondents were recruited from thousands of sources to maximize reach and representation.
