NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., (March 4, 2014) - Morton Plant North Bay Hospital invites the community to attend upcoming free health seminars spotlighting heart health, how to take care of the feet and weight loss surgery options. Morton Plant Mease health experts will host the seminars at the hospital located at: 6600 Madison St., New Port Richey, FL.

Cardiologist George Dagher, MD, will discuss ways to prevent cardiovascular disease, as well as the signs and symptoms of heart disease, and the latest medical and interventional options.

Foot Care Basics

Join podiatrist Marquissa Beverly, DPM, in this lecture, which is part of the SHARE series, to learn more about how to keep your feet moving for the long haul by learning basic daily foot care for men and women, and causes of foot and heel pain, numbness, bunions and hammertoes.
