Flashes of Hope
Flashes of Hope is a national nonprofit organization that creates FREE uplifting portraits of children fighting childhood illnesses (Hematology/Oncology patients) and raises money for pediatric cancer research. The photographs are taken by experienced photographers who help children and their families create special keepsakes.
Families receive a free portrait gift package, including a leather portfolio with two 8 x 10 portraits, 4 x 6 proofs, and a CD of all the images.
Professional Paul Mitchell stylists and makeup artists will be on hand to make sure everyone is "camera ready." Children are photographed individually and with their biggest supporters – siblings, parents and even a favorite nurse!
For more information about this precious gift, ask your nurse about arranging a photo shoot at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital or call Flashes of Hope at 817-800-5210.
