I feel as though, although Dr. Helms listens to me, he seems more concerned on what he has on his agenda. As filling prescriptions and thats all the appointment is for. When I have a concern, he will listen and say it might be this or that or because of this or that but thats as far as it goes. He doesnt try to find out what it is in most cases. Not all, but most.

He seems very educated on lots of medical things and listens to my concern.

Never washes his hands when he comes in the room and had me wait over an hour before he came in to see me. Also gave me blood work script with a billable code and Medicare paid only $9.00 and when I called the office for help they told me they could not look at my account and could do nothing about it. Since the script came from them where would I find the help, so I paid over $300.00
