Dr. James is one of my favorite Doctors. He is empathetic and he communicates very well. I have had to see him for my right foot and ankle probably a handful of times over a couple years. He always has a fix for the pains that come up. If more Doctors could have a plan and resolution for medical issues, we would be living in a better place. We need more practitioners like Dr. James.

Dr. James did an excellent job on my surgery and my incisions. He has an excellent reputation as well. My PT group knew my surgery was done by him before I told them because of how well my ROM was and how well my incision looked. He also had excellent bedside manner.

After my injury, I went to urgent care. It took weeks before I could get an appointment. After my first visit, x-rays were showing no injury. However, no MRI was ordered to explain the intense pain I experienced. During my follow up visit I requested an MRI, which showed substantial injury. To date, Ive not been contacted for any follow up recommendations.

Hes the best. Answered all my concerns and questions. Very easy to talk to.

Still waiting to hear back regarding the results of my MRI and discuss a treatment plan if needed.

Dr. James was very professional. Based on the limited ability to diagnose the issue, the options were limited but pretty obvious. He ordered an MRI which was done within a week and scheduled a follow-up appointment from the MRI.

I have so much to say about how great Dr James is. I have some hard to manage medical issues, especially related to my bones, and Dr James has been a main provider for me. I have seen him for a few years now and theres many reasons for that. He has always taken the time to help me get to the bottom of whats happening with my bones. Whether it is a break that requires surgery or it ends up simply being a muscle/nerve issue, he always takes me seriously and helps me in any way he can. I can tell he loves his job and I am so thankful for how much he has helped change my life. The entire team in his office functions near flawless and I am yet to experience another medical office that is this hard working and genuinely kind. I could go on and on, but I really am grateful to everyone who works there.

I would rather have seen the Dr. In person but due to Covid this was all that he felt he could Do at the present. If in the future I need to see him, I would appreciate seeing him in person.

Dr. James has always been prepared with my updated information; this visit was a follow-up review to assess results of injection (Via Radiology) to my right ankle. Fortunately the injection has had some positive impact; My ankle pain is less and no locking up about 4 to 5 weeks after injection.
