Dr Strickland listened to me and took the time to provide recommendations I could do on my own to help resolve my issue. If her nurse was to follow up it did not happen. I left without anything g in writing and the prescription she recommended was never called in. My subsequent calls have never been returned.

I had never asked for an office visit with a gastroenterologist before. I obtained the visit within a reasonable amount of time for a non-emergent reason. My questions were answered clearly. Dr Strickland ordered an ultrasound of my gallbladder to help define and rule out a current GI issue, and we made a plan for 2023.Dr Strickland asked questions, listened, answered my questions and facilitated my current and future care planning proactively.

I dont understand why doctor couldnt order medication on her computer as she was talking with me and looking at it.

Dr strickland came in with my results being normal from and extremely abdominal condition. I told her I didnt need the pain medication as that was her only suggestion to moving forward but currently it was just more pills for a situation I didnt have. I told her I could finally after 3 months of the situation could eat some foods again, but extreme bloating and other concerns bothered me and was hoping we could get to the bottom of this. She kept pulling away trying to move on to the next visit. I felt my time was being cut short because they were behind by 30 mins. I wanted to know if we could do any more tests or discover what happened but she basically wanted to close the case. I tried to keep her by asking more questions as she was literally walking out the door. I paid $75 copay for someone not curious about my situation or concerned. Felt rushed. It was disappointing.
