Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

BayCare Life Management's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and other work place services provide a confidential and voluntary support system for employees to help them manage the stresses and strains of everyday living, which can affect their well-being at home and at work. The program provides short-term professional services that can help employees with their personal and family problems. By providing guidance to employees early on, the EAP also can help companies reduce lost productivity and absenteeism. Description of Services
Take the first step - ask for help - and start taking control of your life. BayCare Life Management's EAP case managers are available 24 hours a day for emergencies and can help you identify effective resources and move you toward positive solutions. The EAP provides an initial assessment, assists with problem resolution and/or initiates referral services for you and your dependents. All discussions with your EAP case manager are confidential. Conversations, records of sessions and referrals are held in utmost confidence.
You may feel that your problems are unique. However, 15 percent of the workforce consists of employees having personal problems that directly affect their job performance. BayCare Life Management's EAP is a valuable resource during those times.
