Key Leadership Track
This track is designed for individuals who have proven leadership experience and demonstrate significant leadership competencies. Once you enroll in this program, you'll collaborate with a Succession Planning Coach and an Executive Leader. Your development plan will be individualized to reflect opportunities that will further enhance your specific skills.
The Group Track is tailored for those who are just beginning to explore their strengths and potential as a leader. Participants will collaborate with their Succession Planning Coach and a member of middle management. Your individual needs are certainly taken into account, but most development strategies are based on group formats.
