Medical

• Choose from three comprehensive medical plans.
• We subsidize 75-80% of the costs for team members and their families.
• We even pay team members who opt-out of the medical plan, provided they have coverage elsewhere.
• All medical plans include a pharmacy benefit. 

Dental

Three dental options available from basic preventative services only to a full service plan that includes orthodontics.

Vision

Provides coverage for eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses at a discounted cost to team members.

• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Accrue PTO Hours: Up to a maximum of 480 hours in your PTO bank
• Cash-In Your PTO: Sell up to 100 hours of your accrued time

Retirement

• Matching Contributions: We match 50 cents for every dollar you save up to 6% of your compensation
• 25 Investment Options
• Pre-tax deferrals up to 80% of your compensation
• Annual Core Contribution: Equal to two percent of your yearly salary
