The Harbor Behavioral Health Care
The Harbor was incorporated in 1971 to address the needs of persons with substance abuse and mental health issues. For the past three decades, The Harbor has developed and continually improved and adapted treatment, rehabilitation and support services to best suit the changing behavioral health needs of the individuals in the communities we serve. The Harbor has consistently performed as a leader in innovation and high quality service provision.
The Harbor provides treatment services to more than 14,000 individuals per year and reaches scores of other individuals through prevention and outreach effort.
Access Center
The Access Center provides a centralized starting point for all of The Harbor's services, including call intake, referral processing and insurance verification. After obtaining insurance authorization, Access Center personnel will schedule the initial evaluation and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments for personalized service.
