About This Training
You are about to
take BayCare's 2009 mandatory training for Students. This
training has two sections. Before you begin, please read the information below:
Schedule Enough
Time - The entire training consists of two sections and can take up to
2� hours. Please make sure to set aside enough time before you get
started.
Print
Your Certificate - You will have to print a Verification of
Completion certificate at the end of the Annual
Training module. Please make sure you take the training on a computer
with access to a working printer. Read, sign and date the certificate and submit
it to your manager or supervisor. Keep a copy for your records.
Turn Speakers On -
The training module has sound. Please make sure your computer's speakers
are turned on and working.
Remember: You will not have an ability
to bookmark your progress if you end the session before completing every
module.

- BayCare Confidentiality Agreement -
Click here to download and print the Confidentiality Agreement.
- Submit the signed and dated
agreement to your manager or supervisor.
- Keep a copy for your
records.
Section 2 - Annual Training

minutes.
- Approximate
time: 2 hours.
- Remember to turn on
your computer's speakers.
- Please note: If you exit this training BEFORE completing all six
modules, you will have to retake the entire training, beginning with the first
module. You will not be able to bookmark or save your location in the
module.
Don't
forget to download and print the Verification of Completion certificate at the
end of the last module. Submit the signed document to your manager or supervisor
and keep a copy for your records.
