(CCST)
Program Description
CCST provides mental health resiliency
services built upon principles and practices that fully support the ability of
the youth and family to develop protective factors in order to reduce risk
factors. The youth and family also are granted a high degree of choice and
self-determination in choosing interventions and services necessary to develop
protective factors and reduce risk factors. The ultimate goal of CCST is the
re-establishment of protective factors for the youth and the family. Individual
