Aftercare: Adult Substance Abuse

Program Description

The Aftercare Program provides relapse prevention, which is a vital part of all substance abuse treatment. The aftercare program, based at the Community Recovery Center, offers services and activities to assist the individual in reintegrating into their family and communities. A major focus is on rebuilding healthy relationships, and recognizing triggers and warning signs, which may indicate relapse. Aftercare services include family involvement. 

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Weekends as scheduled.
