Aftercare: Children�s Substance
Abuse
Program Description
The Aftercare Program provides relapse prevention, which is a
vital part of all substance abuse treatment. The aftercare program, based at the
Harbor Academy, offers services and activities to assist the youth in
reintegrating into their family, school and communities. A major focus is on
rebuilding healthy relationships and recognizing triggers and warning signs,
which may indicate relapse. Aftercare services include family
involvement.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday; 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
Weekends as scheduled.
