CCST clusters the traditional services of
targeted case management, supported employment, supported living, information
and referral, outpatient, intervention and aftercare to work with identified

Health Recovery and Resiliency Medical Services
The Medical Services
Program offers psychiatric services for adults needing psychiatric intervention
through pharmacological treatment to assist them in their recovery. This then
leads to an improvement in their overall level of functioning and/or prevents
further deterioration of their mental status. More
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT services offer an enhanced strategy as
part of an evidenced-based, empirically-researched psychotherapeutic treatment
model designed by Dr. Marsha Linehan, Professor of Psychology, University of
Washington. The model is designed for individuals struggling with chronic
suicidality, intentional self-harm and borderline personality disorder
(BPD). More
Drop-in
Center: Adult Mental Health
The mission of the Drop-in Center Program '
CASA (Come and Stay Awhile) is to offer recreation, social, and supportive
activities to persons who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness. The
informal setting and structure of the Drop-in Center provides opportunities for
persons to interact in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. More
Emergency Services/Crisis Support and Adult Crisis
Stabilization Unit (CSU)
The Harbor�s Emergency Services/Crisis Support program provides
24-hour crisis intervention counseling, assessment and referral services, and
admissions to our crisis stabilization units to any and all individuals
regardless of age, race, sex, or ability to pay. More

Assertive Community Team (FACT)
The primary goal of
the Harbor's FACT Team is to work in partnership with our local community to
provide services and to ensure safety, well-being and self-sufficiency to
individuals with psychiatric disabilities who have not been served adequately
within the traditional continuum of care. More
Forensic
Services: Adult Mental Health
The Harbor Forensic
Outreach service provides an array of services to individuals including service
planning, service linkage, service coordination, monitoring of service delivery
and evaluation of service effectiveness. The forensic specialist is responsible
for monitoring compliance with the court ordered conditional release plan, early
intervention to avoid revocation of conditional release and reporting to the
court on progress/compliance as required by the court. More

and Outpatient: Temporary Assistance to Needy Families
(TANF)
TANF Adult Mental
Health services are specifically for persons who meet the federal criteria for
Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). These services are targeted
toward persons who are currently receiving cash assistance or are at risk for
receiving cash assistance. More
Residential:
Adult Mental Health
Primary target
populations are for adults with mental illness and co-occurring with forensic
involvement, pursuant to Chapter 916, Florida Statutes (FS), who require
assistance in identifying goals and making choices to promote and facilitate
recovery. This target population is inclusive of adults with mental health
problems, adults in crisis, adults with severe and persistent mental illness and
adults with forensic involvement. More
Veteran and
Family Support Network
Operation: Veteran
and Family Support Network� provides emotional support and assistance to past
and present service personnel and their families who are dealing with the
effects of present deployment and issues regarding re-integration. This weekly
meeting is free for anyone interested in attending. More
The Warm Line: Adult Mental Health
The information and referral line, known as
"The Warm Line," is part of the recovery vision for The Harbor's Adult
Comprehensive Service Team (CCST). The Warm Line is operated by Recovery Coaches
who have first-hand experience using the behavioral health and substance abuse
system and can provide a perspective that is very helpful, informative and
healing. More
