Meet Our Staff Leadership

Anita Russell
Executive Director

Russell was previously the manager of Case Management at Morton Plant Mease and Healthy Families. Her experience includes managing a 52-person team consisting of social workers, nurses and clerical staff. She has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Leonard Dunn, M.D.
Medical Director

Dr. Dunn is board-certified in both internal and pulmonary medicine. He has 30 years of experience serving the Dunedin and North Pinellas communities. He completed his medical degree at the State University of New York and served his internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Florida.

Karen Duffy
Director of Nursing

Duffy joined BayCare Alliant Hospital from Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital where she served as director of patient care services. Duffy has a Master of Science in health services administration from the College of St. Francis, Joliet, IL, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the State University of New York.
