Chemical Dependency - Intensive Outpatient Services
(CD-IOP) Adult and Adolescent
- This service provides a structured treatment program three days a
week. CD-IOP is designed to support individuals in their effort to maintain
abstinence from drugs and/or alcohol, teach them about the addictive process,
help them to develop relapse prevention skills, and to develop a social support
system through 12-step meetings.
Outpatient Program for Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Treatment
- Outpatient services provide a therapeutic environment which is
designed to improve the functioning or prevent further deterioration of adults
and adolescents with mental health or substance abuse problems. Outpatient
treatment is focused, solution-oriented process to resolve problems, and relieve
distress.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Mental Health
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- The PHP is designed for adults
who demonstrate risk to self or others, but is not serious enough to
require 24-hour supervision. These individuals need a more
intensive level of treatment than traditional outpatient individual
therapy, requiring significant structure and supervision for a major
portion of the day.
Student
Assistance Program (SAP) - This service is a
valuable resource for schools, colleges and universities to assist students and
faculty who may have personal problems that could affect their school, work or
home lives. The program provides education, prevention, early intervention,
professional assessment and service referrals that best meet the needs of the
participant.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - BayCare Life Management's
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and other work place services provide a
confidential and voluntary support system for employees to help them manage the
stresses and strains of everyday living, which can affect their well-being at
home and at work.
