Forensic Services: Adult Mental Health

Program Description

The Harbor Forensic Outreach service provides an array of services to individuals including service planning, service linkage, service coordination, monitoring of service delivery and evaluation of service effectiveness. The forensic specialist is responsible for monitoring compliance with the court ordered conditional release plan, early intervention to avoid revocation of conditional release and reporting to the court on progress/compliance as required by the court. Target population includes mentally ill individuals in jail that are at risk for commitment to the Department of Corrections pursuant to Chapter 916, F.S. as well as mentally ill individuals who are in jail and/or in community based competency programs.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
