Mandatory Training
Online Training for Non-Team Members
Welcome to BayCare's online
training for non-team members* who provide care and services on behalf
of our health system.The materials and modules on this site help promote
safety, security and effective care by focusing on key topics and regulations
supporting BayCare's Mission
and Values.
This training also is required
by health care regulatory agencies, such as The Joint Commission, the state's Agency for Health Care Administration and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration. The materials on this Web
site include information about corporate responsibility, customer
service, risk management, diversity, and patient and team member safety, as well
as other BayCare policies and procedures.
This training is mandatory and
must be completed by the end of this year. In addition, all of
the materials contained on this web site are considered
Proprietary Information**.
 Please be aware that the training does not allow for bookmarking. Once
you begin a section, you must complete the entire section before exiting. If you
exit the training before completing every section, you will have to start again
from the beginning.

services to patients at BayCare facilities. (RN, LPN, CNA, PT, OT, ST, LCSW,
MSW, Dietitian, Scrub Tech, Surgical First Assist, RN General Nurse, Certified
First Assist, etc.)
Non-Clinical
Non-clinical workers contracted by
BayCare to provide services at BayCare facilities. (Environmental
Services, Maintenance, Information Services, Electronic Health Record, Finance,
etc.)
Students
ALL students providing care and services at
BayCare facilities.
Allied Health
Practitioners
Health care practitioners caring or providing services for patients at BayCare
facilities. (Physician Assistant, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner,
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Certified Nurse Midwife, Psychologist)
Volunteers
Registered
active BayCare volunteers.

* If you are a team member, you must
take the training using the BayCare Intranet or www.mybaycare.org. Team members who use this
web site for their annual Team Member Essentials training will
not receive credit.
